Pumpkin Dip with Tucker’s Natural Oatmeal Gourmet Crackers

This savoury dip has a secret ingredient for extra flavour - smoked almonds. Served with Tucker’s Natural Oatmeal gourmet crackers, it’s a great addition to your next barbecue spread.

Ingredients

  • 250g pumpkin, peeled, deseeded and cut into 3cm chunks

  • 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 30g smoked almonds
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt flakes
  • Tucker’s Natural Oatmeal gourmet crackers, to serve

Method

  1. Place the pumpkin and garlic in a roasting tray and drizzle with a littel olive oil. Roast until just tender and the garlic is light golden in colour, then allow to cool.

  2. Peel garlic and place it and remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until very smooth.
  3. Refrigerate until required, then transfer to a serving dish and serve with Tucker’s Natural Oatmeal gourmet crackers.
